The room was impeccably clean and tidy, with fresh towels provided daily. I loved how spacious the family room was, easily accommodating four of us with a comfortable double bed and two singles. The breakfast was a good treat, featuring freshly baked croissants and the best cappuccino I’ve ever had!

The hotel had a great location just a short walk from the Pisa Centrale train station. Room size exceeded my expectations. we enjoyed the spacious layout, which made our stay comfortable. Daily breakfast offerings included a variety of options like yogurt, ham, and fresh fruit, a nice touch that added to our mornings. However, the breakfast could use more creativity, as it felt somewhat limited. Some reception staff, while helpful, displayed a bit of abruptness that could be improved for a warmer welcome. The air conditioning in our room was inconsistent at times, making it a little uncomfortable during the warmer parts of the day.

The hotel really needs to address the persistent noise issues!!! The heating system was inconsistent, and the reception staff displayed abruptness that could use some improvement!!! A noticeable foul odor was present outside!!!

I've stayed in pisa before, but terminus & plaza was a pleasant surprise. The room was clean, and the breakfast had plenty of options. It was just a short walk from the train station. A great base for exploring the city over a long weekend!

The breakfast was top-notch. I loved all the fresh options. We explored the nearby Lungarno for nightlife and enjoyed the historical area filled with young, lively crowds. Super convenient with easy access to the main train station, making our travels a breeze.
However, it got quite noisy in the morning with doors slamming around 7:30. A bit more soundproofing would have made a big difference for our sleep.

However, an elevator would have been beneficial, and the late check-in was somewhat inconvenient.

Chill spot near all the action
Awesome location just a few minutes from the station and the Leaning Tower. Super spacious room with a comfy bed. The breakfast had a nice spread too, loved the pastries! Had some trouble with the Wi-Fi speed though, that could use a boost.
